When submitting your membership application please include a copy of the following forms of ID:

- A vaild California Driver's License
OR
- A valid California ID Card

- A Copy of a valid work Identification badge or a letter verfying your
current employment.
- A copy of your most recent paystub.

You must also inlcude a check for $30 for your one-time $5 membership fee and the $25 opening deposit into your account.
