When submitting your membership application please include a copy of one of the following forms of ID:

- A vaild California Driver's License
- A valid California ID Card
- A valid Military ID Card
- A valid United States Passport

You must also inlcude a check for $30 for your one-time $5 membership fee and the $25 opening deposit into your account.
